Join us for our annual three-day Trial School Symposium in Chicago—a unique opportunity designed for legal professionals seeking to enhance their trial and negotiation skills. This year, we’ve refined our focus to include both compelling trial techniques and effective pretrial negotiation strategies.
Day 1 and Day 3 will concentrate on mastering the art of Opening Statements. Participants will learn how to frame, craft, and deliver powerful openings for their upcoming trials, ensuring they make a lasting impact from the outset.
On Day 2, we’ll dive deep into hands-on negotiation and mediation training, guided by ten of Chicago’s esteemed judges and mediators. Participants will work in teams alongside our expert faculty, exploring the practical and emotional dynamics that shape successful negotiations—from initial demands to strategic bargaining.
With limited enrollment, we ensure individualized attention during our interactive training sessions and break-out workshops. Each attendee will have the chance to practice their Opening Statements and engage in mock mediations, receiving valuable feedback from facilitators.
